Size Exchange
If you have ordered the wrong size (for example, M instead of L, or any other size), you may request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
The exchanged product must be:

Unwashed

In its original condition

With all original tags and packaging intact
Size exchange is subject to the availability of the requested size.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product
If you receive:

A wrong product

A product with any manufacturing issue
You are eligible for a replacement/exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To process your request, it is mandatory to upload:

A complete unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.

Clear photos/videos showing the damage, defect, or issue.
Requests submitted without an unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement or exchange.
After verification by our quality team, we will arrange a replacement/exchange at no additional cost if the claim is found to be genuine.
Non-Eligible Cases for Replacement / Exchange
Replacement or exchange requests will not be accepted if:

The request is made after 7 days from the delivery date.

The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

Original tags or packaging are missing.

The required unboxing video is not provided for damaged, defective, or incorrect product claims.

The issue is caused by normal wear and tear or improper handling after delivery.
